The manager will be working closely with the technology team and monitor all new implementation and project releases, assisting when needed and escalating to management. The manager follows up daily the overall operation to ensure that technical project objectives are met through the management of the team to meet project timelines and performance targets. Position is responsible to keep track of the established technology KPIs, work with all involved teams and assist to deliver on time, budget and quality. Monitors Project Team on Intralot Releases and Installs Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization Creating and managing long-term goals Developing a budget and operating plan for the program Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved Analyzing program risks An Aptitude for Workflow and Process Analysis and Reengineering, Financial Analysis Skills, Strategic/Business Planning, Tactical Implementation Planning, Excellent Verbal and Written Communications, Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Database Management). Must possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest, accept, and implement change. Ability to strategically and pro-actively determine optimal process flow, troubleshoot, and drive effective strategies for implementations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field Proven experience in program management Proven stakeholder management skills Proven experience managing a team PMP, Scrum certifications, CMMI Optional Position is required to be onsite Skills: Critical Thinking Collaborative Relationship Building Interpersonal and Communication Skills (oral, written) Problem Solving & Time Management Computer Proficiency Skills.& Presentation Skills Project Management Skills &Coaching and Mentoring Talent Management Negotiation Skills Data Analysis Business Acumen Employment Eligibility Verification Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
