This position will be based at our headquarters in Stow, Ohio. You will be expected to work on a hybrid schedule: on site Tuesdays through Thursdays, and from home Mondays and Fridays.

$30.00/hour

Join our team for a 3-month assignment as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer! In this critical role, you’ll be the architect of our candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady stream of top-quality talent. Your expertise in sourcing will drive our recruitment success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Strategic Sourcing:

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand talent needs.

• Translate these needs into effective sourcing strategies.

• Utilize advanced techniques to identify candidates and future prospects.

• Proactively research and explore new ideas for innovative sourcing strategies.

• Engage with passive candidates, network with sources, and evaluate targets of opportunity.

• Precision Targeting:

• Leverage business networking tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.

• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.

• Education and Experience:

• BS/BA degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in direct and internet sourcing or equivalent.

• Experience sourcing for multiple functions is a plus.

• Familiarity with Boolean logic search string development or related methodologies.

• High-Volume Dynamo:

• Deliver high-quality pipelines of candidates, even under tight timelines.

• Tech-Savvy:

• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)—Taleo highly preferred.

• Your oral and written skills are top-notch.
