Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, provides Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is looking for an Integration Specialist to join the team.The Integration Specialists are responsible for assembling Sealing Technologies CFLAK (Cyber Fly Away Kits), servers, and other products. Duties include assisting with inventory, server assembly, server testing, system integration, kitting, and preparing shipments. This full-time position is located at the Enterprise Modernization Center in Stevensville, MD. This team member will also be responsible for conducting high level troubleshooting, assisting with RMAs and helping test cutting edge server and networking technology.

*Duties andResponsibilities:*

• Works with Production Team on current and upcoming projects
• Assists with building and delivery of completed products to customers.
• Assists with receiving inventory.
• Assists with scanning all components into the inventory tracking systems.
• Use build guides to assemble subcomponents, cabling and materials into finished servers per customer specification.
• Assemble servers, storage, networking devices and sub-components into finished kitted products.
• Assists in the creation and revisions of production process documentation.
• Tests servers, devices and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assists with prepping final products for shipment to customers.
• Assists with troubleshooting on servers, switches, cables, power supplies, etc.
• Coordinates with appropriate team members to identify faulty parts to be returned to manufacturer.
• Assists with developing, testing, and implementing design changes to improve future products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• US Citizen
• Able to lift to 40lbs
• Strong critical and creative thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well on a team
• Follows verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under compressed deadlines and multitask across various projects
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Familiarity with assembling/troubleshooting computers (e.g., built a PC from scratch)
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree
• A+ Certification
• Competent in using Linux
• Soldering experience

This position is located at the Enterprise Modernization Center in Stevensville, MD. This job will primarily operate in a clean server room environment. Position may also be required to work in a professional office environment or warehouse. This role routinely uses equipment such as computers, printers, barcode scanners, pallet trucks, and hand tools.
