National Lutheran Communities & Services Executive Director (Assisted Living)- The Legacy at North Augusta in Staunton, Virginia

We have an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and innovative operations leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in an Assisted Living setting.

The Executive Director-Administrator leads the management and operations including resident services, program planning, revenue generation, operational analysis, financial analysis, problem resolution, personnel management, and performance improvement.

The focus of this job is on achieving results that are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. The confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. A goal-oriented leadership style, while motivating, training, and enthusiastically engaging others is important. The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

You will need to be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Assisted Living) and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration (preferred). You will also need five (5) years of management experience in a healthcare organization. Registered Nurse or Social Work license is a plus. The right candidate will also need experience with strong leadership, financial, communication and marketing skills, preferably in assisted living or healthcare industry.
