JOB REQUIREMENTS: THIS IS A GREAT DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Primary Role Expectations Provide customers with take offs and building packages Become familiar with and cultivate key account / customer businesses Be a sales leader and team player by assisting the whole sales department Assist as needed with training incoming customer service and sales representatives Be available during normal business hours Suggest and assist with key account acquisition with occasional travel to customer site Be an ambassador by actively participating in NWR Builders Exchange, Chambers of Commerce, trade shows and other industry events ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience/Requirements: Need to self-motivated and a team player Great customer service skills are a must! Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude Outstanding organizational skills, multi-tasking and coordination abilities Experience in Estimating Building Products is a plus Strong Problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions Attention to detail Experience with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and use ERP systems Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
