Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in Stafford, Texas. The role involves a variety of tasks related to office administration in a supportive capacity. The industry focus is on medical front office operations and front-end frameworks, with a requirement for proficient handling of switchboard phones.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the organization and scheduling of meetings

• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry

• Providing general office support to ensure smooth operations

• Handling appointments scheduling to maintain an organized office environment

• Supporting mail room operations as needed

• Monitoring and maintaining customer accounts

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner Requirements • Proficiency in Medical Front Office procedures and protocols

• Familiarity with Front-End Frameworks

• Experience in operating switchboards, ideally with 1 - 10 lines

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Previous experience in an office setting preferred

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
