We have an exciting opportunity for an AP/AR Specialist with 3+ years of experience in a variety of industries and having worked with a variety of software's.

Position requires a self-starter who works well under pressure, must have solid computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an ERP preferred. Any experience with a variety of other accounting software a plus! Responsible for data entry, communicating with vendors, statement research and approving invoices, AP, AR, and reconciliations.

Must be local to the Tampa Bay area.

We have a team of 60+ accounting specialists in Tampa Bay, that work for Robert Half on a salaried basis for their full-time career. Backgrounds for our staff vary from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeepers, Staff Accountants, Payroll Specialists and Senior Accountants.

It's a 40-hour work week, plus paid overtime is available, if desired.

And yes, even between projects in the field, you receive your salary and benefits! We actually will pay for you to take classes and certifications during this time!
