Job Description Sales Applications Support Position location is flexible and may office from a sales office location in St. Paul, MN; Winona, MN; Indianapolis, IN; Green Bay, WI; Brookfield, WI or Greensboro, NC Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as a Sales Applications Support person focusing on Contract Software, you will be responsible for maintaining the resources used by sellers and administrative teams supporting the company's largest commercial customers and suppliers. You will focus on the administrative responsibilities of various software platforms related to our contracting process, including Contract Lifecycle Management Software such as Ironclad, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint Workflows and other applications, and provide customer service to the users. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Providing software training, implementation, and operational discipline o Reviewing contract documentation for adherence to software set up and processing o Adhering to established processes, workflows and Standard Operating Procedures o Performing administration of software, including maintaining access, rules, configurations, simple UI changes, settings, report design and other functions REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess 1 year of prior work experience with contracts - negotiation, review, and/or administration, OR 1 year of experience maintaining, configuring, and implementing sales or contracting software o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Demonstrate knowledge and experience using collaborative workflow systems such as Contract Lifecycle Management Software, MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, DocuSign, etc. o Interest in innovation through technology ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
