Element Materials Technology Office Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

Office Coordinator Job Locations US-MN-St. Paul ID 2024-14583 Overview The Office Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the team, manages common spaces, restock supplies, files, invoices, and submit maintenance requests as needed. The coordinator will also serve as the first point of contact for many of our clients, greeting office visitors and answering phone and email inquiries. Responsibilities Greet office visitors and callers Support staff as needed by completing various general administrative tasks (i.e filing, invoicing, ordering supplies) Quality Support (ie creating purchase orders, filing) Entering Test Samples into the system (ie order entry, customer communication) Skills / Qualifications A science background and education preferred Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple schedules and calendar Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous Strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone #LI-SN1 Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
