Regions Hospital Evening CT Technologist in St. Paul, Minnesota

Regions Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to work in both our inpatient and emergency departments. This position performs CT exams using independent judgment and initiative, prepares patients for CT exams, administers contrast media, and starts intravenous catheters. The CT Tech also functions as a resource for Radiologic Technology students and interns. Work Schedule: Six on/Eight off Tuesday-Sunday alternating weeks, 4:00 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Required Qualifications: Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program of Radiologic Technology or ARRT-approved equivalent. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). BLS from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program. Completion of ARRT advanced Computed Tomography certification OR active employment with Regions Hospital as a Radiologic Technologist Specialist agreeing: To complete the Regions-sponsored basic CT training and documentation within six months of hire. To obtain ARRT CT advanced certification within 15 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist. Additional Information: This is a non-union 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period) evening shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $36.70-$51.57 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials and a $7500 sign on bonus. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
