Position Overview and Responsibilities

FleishmanHillard is a global integrated communications agency delivering transformational outcomes for some of the world’s biggest brands. We are looking for a Coordinator to join our corporate headquarters in St. Louis and Talent Development (HR) Team. This position is integral to the administrative HR operations of our Americas and global teams. It requires a motivated self-starter with a passion for getting it right while working in a fast-paced environment. You would be joining a highly collaborative team that supports one another as we deliver on expectations for our internal network.

The Role

  • Provide regional administrative support to multiple offices with HR/people activities: processing HR paperwork, answering questions on HR related matters, submitting and tracking vendor invoices, and assisting with internal processes

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a small team of talent development staff: supporting travel, expense reports and calendar coordination as needed

  • Data entry and maintenance of sensitive and confidential information in various company databases

  • Assist with data reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors

  • Liaise with payroll, accounting, office administrators and vendors

  • Perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative projects

  • Create, format, proof and finalize documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports

  • Maintain employee files and records in a manner consistent with company policy and complete filing of related documents in a timely manner

What We're Hoping to See

  • 2+ years of office experience in a client-centric environment, ideally within human resources, payroll, or the professional services industry

  • Ability to collaboratively work within the organization’s chain of command and interact appropriately with individuals at all levels, including those at the most senior levels of the organization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate diplomatically, maintain composure, and demonstrate a strong client-service mindset and quality under constant deadline pressure

  • Resourceful problem solver, high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities

  • Experience handling and maintaining confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

  • Possesses attention to detail and strives for accuracy at all times

  • Must be self-motivated to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Experience with proofreading final documents for accuracy

  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Office 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

The anticipated salary range for this coordinator position is $51,000-$64,000.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
