Tri-Rinse Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in St Louis, Missouri

In this role, you will use your experience and expertise to improve our processes and drive outstanding candidate experience through the full cycle of recruiting and hiring - from defining requirements with the hiring leader to extending offers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Partner with HR Director and hiring leaders to understand and define hiring needs, and develop job postings to reflect our culture, highlight key responsibilities, skills and experience, and attract qualified candidates

  • Creatively and effectively source, prescreen and identify top candidates for roles throughout the organization – from frontline operators to senior leaders

  • Leverage current recruiting tools - social media, AI, job sites, job fairs, community outreach programs and professional organizations to proactively reach candidates and build talent pipelines

  • Communicate in an effective, timely manner with all applicants, recognizing the opportunity to touch lives regardless of a match with an open position

  • Build positive relationships and trust with all stakeholders

  • Accurately maintain the applicant tracking system and electronic personnel files to ensure that data is handled confidentially

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics

  • Promote TRI as an employer of choice by leading best-in-class interviews and coaching hiring leaders throughout the process

  • Support TRI in making smart hiring decisions to get the right people in the right seats

  • Stay abreast of new approaches to recruitment and offer ideas for improvement

  • Additional related projects as needed

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent education and related work experience.

  • 2-3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting for frontline manufacturing or production roles, with a track record of connecting with others, building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline, and successfully matching candidates with open roles

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems as well as online sourcing and recruiting strategies – prior use of ADP Workforce Now a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to attend various career fairs and other networking opportunities across our 6 Midwest locations
