• Develop, design, and deliver training curricula for C5ISR system operators, maintainers, and other instructors, focusing on C5ISR systems and products.
• Identify, coordinate, and execute vendor training programs for new equipment and technologies.
• Prepare and develop technical documentation including training materials, operator and maintenance instruction manuals and technical manuals.
• Execute and/or support the maintenance and distribution of technical documentation, including drawings, standardized Master Equipment Lists (MEL), Master Parts Lists (MPL), operator manuals, training manuals and materials, and technical manuals.
• Execute and/or support SOF C5ISR system training based on approved training plans and curriculum.
• Provide on-the-job training to system operators and maintainers when updating or maintaining equipment.

Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience OR Masters Degree with 2-4 years of experience.

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, basic computer and network proficiency, and web application proficiency.

Strong understanding of C5ISR systems and products.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
