Navistar, Inc. Quality Control Investigator in Springfield, Ohio
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Quality Control Investigator to join our Springfield Assembly Plant to support our International Truck manufacturing line. This role will ensure production areas are meeting the quality standards during the manufacturing process
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Ensure production meets quality standards• Provide feedbacks to groups• Inspect trucks for quality purposes• Work with different teams
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year plant manufacturing experience
At least 3 years truck/automotive/quality audit experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status).
Ability to drive trucks on Navistar property (no CDL required)
Understanding of ISO principles
Desired Skills

Demonstrated mastery of specialized skill (e.g. ASE certification)
Strong Communication skills both written and oral
Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure
Ability to review audits with all levels of the Assembly Team
Ability to provide data to support compliance concerns
Ability to document and record in electronic file - audit findings
Ability to accept guidance and/or direction
