Job Title: Clinical Provider, Provisionally Licensed Psychologist

As a Clinical Provider, Provisionally Licensed Psychologist, your primary role will be to provide individual and group therapy, as well as diagnostic evaluations ranging from clinical interviews and record reviews to full psychological evaluations, under licensed supervision. You'll engage in regular consultation and care coordination with clinic team members and participate in team staffings and meetings. Our ideal candidate has experience in providing clinical treatment services in an outpatient setting, with expertise in client contact, documentation, quality assurance, and compliance.

*Burrell offers licensure supervision for PLPs at no cost; Salary will increase upon receiving LP licensure after no cost supervision and this role would satisfy post-doctoral residency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including clinical interviews, record reviews, and full psychological evaluations

  • Engage in regular consultation and care coordination with clinic team members

  • Participate in team staffings and meetings

  • Ensure compliance with documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Doctoral-level (Missouri license eligible) Psychologist

Required License/Certification (one of the following):

  • Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing clinical treatment services in an outpatient setting

  • Expertise in client contact, documentation, quality assurance, and compliance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Commitment to professional development and continuing education
