We are looking for an HVAC IAQ Duct Cleaning Apprentice to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:
Assist in a wide variety of air duct cleanings in accordance with company requirements, manufacturer specifications, and local code.
Adhere to work plans, assigned tasks, prioritize work, work schedules, quality control tests, and follows on-the job training.
If required, documents actions by completing records and duct cleaning paperwork.
Learn the operating principles of HVAC systems, as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work.
Gain working knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the duct cleaning process of residential and light commercial buildings.
Perform daily work duties under direct supervision.
Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with leads, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
Promotes Paschal culture in delivering customer service.
Maintains accurate accounting of inventory and maintains assigned tools.
Keeps workplace organized, neat, and clean.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Possess great mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment.
Must be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical instructions.
Excellent communication and listening.
Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in HVAC duct cleanings.
Ability to learn in classroom and hands on.
Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling.
Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
