Clinic Manager of Youth and Family Clinic- East Longmeadow Job Category: Clinical Requisition Number: CLINI005516 Full-Time On-site Outpatient Clinic Springfield, MA 01105, USA Job Details Description Seeking a community oriented leader to guide a new clinic specializing in the unique needs of youth and their families. This independently licensed clinician will be community and clinic facing, partnering with the Regional Program Director to support the continuum of care. Comfort with family needs birth to early adulthood with the ability to empathize and offer a premier customer experience is essential. Leading an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence based, systems focused care, the Manager will have balanced support and autonomy. Experience with compliance, community relationships and management is essential.
