Title: HR Generalist

Location: Spring TX

Duration: 5 months

Pay range: $30/hr - $34/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “ HR Generalist “to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Education &Qualifications:

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.

• Typically 5-7 years as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant.

Job Responsbilities:

• Responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans

• Will process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding.

• May also handle escalations as needed.

• Will coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations.

• Will work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation.

• Will support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.

• Will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.
