Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a 3LS Support Engineer to work onsite at one of our premier clients in Spring, Texas. This person will work as part of a larger enterprise support team, analyzing customer PC issues. This involves validating reported PC issues (software related), root cause/debug issue, and work with appropriate engineering teams to come up with corrective actions.

This role is working in a lab environment, onsite in Spring, Texas. A typical work week is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a PC Support/troubleshooting role

• Windows OS & Linux OS experience

• Python experience

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field of study Previous HP experience null
