We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. This HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Primary responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents . If you are a motivated and organized HR professional that enjoys a fast-paced work environment with multi-faceted responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Wield HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

• Organize physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

• administer benefits

• LOA expert

• FMLA/PFMLA

• Workers comp

• Leave management

  Requirements

• Thorough when handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

• Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must

• 1+ years of human resources experience

• Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

• Comfortable developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
