Are you a talented interior designer with a passion for sales? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Interior Design Consultant. In this role, you'll leverage your design expertise to drive sales and create exceptional experiences for our clients in South Boston.

    Your Day:

  • Foster meaningful connections with clients during in-home consultations, guiding them through the design process with expertise and care.

  • Showcase your design prowess by conceptualizing and presenting custom window treatment solutions that reflect clients' unique styles and preferences.

  • Drive sales through persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and effective closing techniques.

  • Oversee projects from initial consultation to installation, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

    Your Background:

  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within the interior design industry.

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Exhibit strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.

  • Prioritize client satisfaction and relationship building, delivering exceptional service at every interaction.

  • Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

  • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate various home environments.
