We are dedicated to building a new purchasing team in the Katowice area, where we are going to focus on talent development and certification of essential job functions, such as negotiation, contract lifecycle management, and communication. Every employee will receive personalized talent development strategies tailored to their unique skill set and knowledge of local culture and business practices.

This position will be 100% remote until suitable office space is secured in the Katowice area where hybrid working standards can be maintained. After that, employees will work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home as per our current policy.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide end-to-end contract management (draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and agreements to identify/mitigate/eliminate unusual risks, liabilities, and remedies)

  • Act as a liaison between different divisions and partners across the globe to ensure the most effective and compliant contract process

  • Prepare, execute, and archive relevant procurement legal documents (including MSAs, amendments, schedules, NDSAs, etc.)

  • Negotiate with suppliers on non-commercial contract terms to minimize enterprise risk

  • Manage document processes/approvals required for general business and SOX compliance

  • Assist with other projects as necessary, including reporting on relevant productivity and velocity metrics

  • Identify and implement process enhancements to drive continuous improvement

What You Will Have:

  • Effective and professional communication skills in Hungarian and English

  • Polish and/or Italian language knowledge is considered a great advantage

  • Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in related fields (Legal, Business Administration etc.)

  • Experience in Procurement or Legal responsibilities

  • Familiarity with legal documents and an understanding of complex legal terms and texts are also considered a huge advantage

  • Active negotiation and influencing skills

  • Driven attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Ability to analyze data and transform it into information

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and tools is a plus
