CVS Health Returns Processor 1st Shift Part Time in Somerset, Pennsylvania

Position Summary

The returns processor will sort, discard, or input into inventory all front store special merchandise returns from the stores in addition to warehouse salvage.

Required Description

Sort, segregate, and check in store return merchandise. Sort, segregate, and disposition warehouse damages back into inventory or as damages. Work with supervisor on processing product donations when required. Use forklift or hand truck to move merchandise. Verify expiration date to ensure product freshness. Use WMS to update inventory. Pull, Count, Verify, Prep, Load, and ship MCR, Store 495, and DC transfer merchandise. Pull, Count, Verify, and destroy MDR merchandise. Load up and prepare for shipment the 3rd party, CLS, merchandise. Ship Daily mail and other parcels via UPS. Housekeeping is required. Clean work area throughout the day to include daily cleanup of and removal of trash from work areas. Assure proper cleanup and disposal hazardous materials. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager/Supervisor’s designate. May move from one work location to another throughout the day. Reassignment to other departments occurs as needed. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Must successfully pass a DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) background check. Must be meeting or exceeding performance expectations in current role. Possess excellent attendance record: poor attendance will lead to removal from position. Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to work within a team and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to organize, prioritize to complete assignments within established schedules and deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally. Knowledge of basic mathematics Ability to be certified on power industrial equipment. Ability to effectively utilize the WMS computer Inventory system and PC software and shipping scales. Previous Computer experience preferred. Must be available to work flexible hours with ability to change hours in the future if operationally necessary. Must be able to work overtime as required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently; up to 75 pounds occasionally. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, carrying, stooping.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $23.56

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
