Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in SOLON, Ohio, 44139-2269, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and chat for hardware and software products. This role also includes the development and improvement of product knowledge and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and chat for hardware and software products

• Develop and improve knowledge of our products and related technologies

• Handle potential travel to customer sites for site surveys and implementations

• Engage in special projects related to product support

• Utilize Windows OS, Active Directory, Networking, and Microsoft SQL skills where necessary

• Resolve customer inquiries related to our products

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer satisfaction at all times

• Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback

• Collaborate with the team to enhance product functionality based on customer needs Requirements • Proficiency in Windows OS

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Networking

• Experience with Microsoft SQL

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product support or a similar role

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to keep up to date with new technologies and software updates

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
