Description

Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious hospitality client to find charismatic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our client's brand, providing personalized assistance and support to guests from around the world. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from guests, providing assistance with reservations, inquiries, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Listen actively to guests' needs and concerns, empathizing with their situations and offering personalized solutions to enhance their experiences.

  • Utilize knowledge of the client's services, amenities, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to guests.

  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, including notes, requests, and follow-up actions, using designated systems or software.

  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer service excellence, striving to exceed guest expectations with every interaction.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices for delivering exceptional service.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or a call center environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests over the phone.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems or software applications simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
