We at Kalmar are seeking a talentedSpecialist, Invoice to Pay, to deliver ITP services in line with customers' needs and expectations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Perform transactional activities with limited supervision related to the ITP area.

  • Responsible for resolving queries from customers, vendors, and colleagues.

  • Be an active member of the ITP team and maintain strong working relationships with other process teams.

  • Deliver services in line with agreed controls and procedures.

  • Act as a specialist providing assistance on ITP-related inquiries, serving as an employee's first point of contact via appropriate channels (e.g., tickets, chat, calls).

  • Initiate process improvements by suggesting methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.

  • Identify unusual events or recurring issues and collaborate with the team leader to resolve them.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction to maintain a positive brand image for Kalmar Bulgaria.

  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Provide training and support to less experienced employees.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to areas of accountability.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in finance or business.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the ITP area.

  • Experience with handling simple to complex queries.

  • Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Cloud systems is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to take initiative proactively to improve individual and team work practices.

  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Effective communication skills in a professional setting.

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to adhere to internal controls and policies.
