What You'll Do:

• Ensure product availability in the right place, in the right quantity, and at the right moment.

• Follow closely and manage allocation quantities per country in case of quota management at EU level (long-term shortage situation).

• Manage last-minute sales opportunity requests coming from local business teams in cooperation with Demand and Supply Planning teams.

• Coordinate promotional operations and key events (Back to School, Beauty Season) through specific follow-up processes.

• Take part in projects to implement or improve processes and tool

• Make and facilitate the link between local teams, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams.

• Reinforce relationships with countries (One team One goal)

• OTIF (on time in full) < 90%

• Communicate with:

• Supply Planning / Demand Planning

• Local Customer Service Managers and teams

• Sales and Marketing local teams

• Logistic Manager's local teams

• General Managers

• Marketing EU

• Supply Chain HQ

• Copacking teams

• IT Teams

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• Fluency in English

• University degree with 2-4 years of Experience in Supply Chain

• Sufficient computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP, POWER BI),

• Customer-oriented

• Excellent Communication skills, positive attitude, diplomat, able to work in a multicultural environment.

• Sense of priority, well organized

• Team Player mindset and leadership skills are needed to deal with contradictory objectives of Sales, Logistics and Manufacturing optimization.

• Open minded
