Technical IT Engineer

This position reports into Operational Tech & Data Site Lead and is based at Helsingborg, Sweden.

What you will do

The Technical IT Engineer is responsible for serving as a senior-level, independent contributor with expertise in at least one technical area. You will be working with transforming our factory in Helsingborg, to a highly automated, digitalized, technical global leading production plant. This include to work as a project member and be part in small to medium size project or components of a larger project and work effectively as part of a team. You will independently solve problems and resolve issues within your area of expertise or escalate problems to the appropriate resource.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain IT systems and infrastructure in alignment with the technical requirements of the role

  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues to ensure optimal system performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges

  • Stay up-to-date with technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT systems and processes

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed

  • Collaborate and work in small to medium size technical projects or components of larger projects.

  • managing an Application Management & Support team of consultants that handle the day to day maintenance and problem solving of what make up that IT-service.

  • work closely with Business and other Service Owner regards to their roadmap of IT.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide necessary documentation.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and business analysis.

  • contributing in team-meetings and other activities, tapping in to development ideas from AM&S team and infrastructure teams.

  • Participate in the development of the site's automation and Business IT strategy

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.

  • Promote and represent IT capabilities to partners.

  • Handle/catch up Service Now requests and incidents

  • Work closely with the local 24/7 Support team

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in IT engineering or related field.

  • Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.

  • Good knowledge in Cyber Security.

  • Prior knowledge of MES and ERP systems.

  • Current MS SQL Server and Oracle tools.

  • TSQL, SQL, common scripting languages.

  • Good knowledge about GAMP 5.

  • Knowledge about validation of computerized systems.

  • Full proficiency in Swedish & English

  • Understanding of compliance landscape and regulatory environment.

  • Experience leading and managing small to medium size technical projects.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
