Job Description

Our client is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Customer Development and Success group in support of driving technology and data strategy and solutions with Scrum/Agile development practices and methodologies. You will be responsible for collaborating with Customer Sales teams and cross-functional teams to shape and implement technology and data strategy roadmaps while assisting in build & buy technology decisions and track business outcomes associated with tech investments. You will also partner with data scientists, data visualists and SMEs to identify patterns and recommend solutions within large data sets across multiple customer and sales metrics to determine how best to apply predictive modeling techniques. You also will be required to create data visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI as needed.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/ Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment

3+ years of experience working on data projects and must have a deep understanding of data algorithms

Tableau and/or PowerBI

Experience in the retail/CPG space: category management, shopper insights, retail, ecomm tech

Great communication skills Previous data science experience

Previous leadership experience

Scrum Master Certification

Programming experience with R, SQL, python null
