Overview

Kemin Nutrisurance is seeking a dynamic, focused and customer-centric service representative to join and support Kemin Nutrisurance Australia and New Zealand team. The ideal candidate will have the experience and determination to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support - whether it’s an update on an order or critical problem solving to ensure that our customers get their product in full and on time.

This position will be reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, KN Asia Pacific and have a dotted line reporting to the Country Sales Manager of ANZ. This role offers a Hybrid/Remote work arrangement, based on your location in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through t imely and accurate communication, administration and documentation on Customer Services and Sales activities (internally and externally).

  • Responsible for accurate order processing and fulfilling product shipments.

  • Responsible for providing sales support to the Commercial team.

  • Responsible for managing external relationships with 3PL Warehouse partners and Global Kemin manufacturing sites across APAC and North America.

  • Ensure sufficient inventory levels at designated 3PL locations in ANZ to meet Customer Demand.

  • Responsible for daily communication with peers in other manufacturing sites, e.g., Customer Service, Logistics, Quality Control, IPRA and Finance Teams to coordinate on stocks replenishments and domestic/international shipments.

  • Inventory management to avoid Aging Stocks, Cycle Count/Stock Take, price optimization and KPI review for continuous improvement of warehouses in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Responsible for reviewing Accounts Receivable reports and informing customers on past due account status.

  • Responsible for Accounts Payables (for Forwarder)

  • Responsible for recording and rectifying customer complaints, with supervision.

  • Responsible for the return goods process with appropriate approval.

  • Support Technical Service on Samples Management to Customers.

  • Support Application Team (KAS) through purchasing process and stock management.

  • Be a backup to other Customer Service representatives in ANZ when required.

  • Assist Internal Kemin Audits and adhere to all Regulatory standards.

  • Generate monthly reports, such as OTIF/DIFOT, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by relevant experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.

  • Extensive knowledge in Customer Service, Logistics (Local/Sea/Air Freight) and Warehouse management.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas effectively with Customers, peers, and all levels of management.

  • Must possess a high sense of urgency to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

  • Willing to learn, be proactive and be a good team player.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Outlook.

  • Willing t o travel interstate or overseas if required.
