Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care

Location: Montgomery County, MD

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team. As a Home Care RN, you will provide in-home health care services to patients, helping them manage chronic conditions, recover from surgeries, and maintain overall well-being in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for a caring professional who values patient-centered care and has a passion for working with patients in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' health needs, create personalized care plans, and adjust as necessary.

  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other necessary treatments.

  • Educate patients and families on health care needs, safety protocols, and health management.

  • Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.

  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other care professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the State of Maryland

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (home care experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable transportation for patient visits and a valid driver’s license.
