Description:

Accepts responsibility for providing administrative support to all departments, and facilitating hospital operations, on 24/7 basis including holidays. Professional management person responsible for coordination and direction of hospital operations, and clinical and administrative activities in absence of clinical managers, department heads and administration. Ensures that hospital operations continue, and needs of patients and families are met, in effective and efficient manner. When needed, communicates to on-call administrative staff, to keep them informed of significant occurrences and further direction. Supports Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.

Duties:

  • The Administrative Coordinator assures that hospital operations continue, and the needs of patients and their families are met in an effective and efficient manner.

  • When needed, the Administrative Coordinator communicates to the on-call administrative staff to keep them informed of significant occurrences and receive further direction.

  • The Administrative Coordinator supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.

Minimum licensure/certification required (if applicable):

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required, Business Administration or Master's preferred

  • Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.

  • Require at least five (5) years' experience in a hospital that included a variety of direct contact with clinical service, material management, medical staff, and patient admission departments.

  • Two (2) years of management experience required.

Pay Range- $39.04-$58.56

  • Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
