Copeland SUMMER HELP Production Team Member ***Pay Rate $17.00 Per Hour*** in Sidney, Ohio

AS A PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER, YOU WILL:

  • Work in a manufacturing environment with growth opportunities.

  • Be an essential employee supporting production for Copeland Brand Compressors, condensing units and component parts by hand and in conjunction with automated equipment.

  • Understand and meet standards for acceptable part and product quality.

  • Be responsible for various functions for the assembly line and must be capable of doing any job on the line, interchangeably on a regular basis.

  • A college student or recent high school graduate looking for full-time summer employment

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply

  • Mandatory overtime could consist of 9 hours per day and Saturdays. Sunday's, if needed, are voluntary.

  • Ability to work any shift

  • Potential for heavy lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Maintain required levels of attendance

  • Criminal background check

  • Drug screen required

  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
