Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
Create Service Orders (estimates)
Assign Techs (Scheduling)
Send Estimates for Approval
Order Parts
Parts Inventory
Run parts, as needed. Most can be delivered.
Communicate with corporate leadership daily with status updates on any outstanding jobs, or issues.
Experience:
Data Entry
Parts Management Software Experience
Service Advisor experience
Great communication skills
Fast Pace work environment
Job Type: Full-time
