Job Title: Setup Mechanic (Industrial Mechanic)

Location: Shelton, CT

Pay Range: Depending on Experience

Shifts: Overnight Shift 24/7 rotating schedule - 7:00pm to 7:00am

What’s the Job?

• Troubleshoots and performs preventative maintenance on contact heat and preheat thermoforming machines

• Support equipment including but not limited to Case Tapes, Big Joe Lifts, and Yushin Stackers

• Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting

• May be required to operate machinery as required

What’s Needed?

• Previous mechanical and electrical experience - Thermoforming, extrusion machinery, or packaging equipment highly desired

• Able to read and understand written documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems

• Ability to use calipers, tape measure, protractors, pressure gauges, temperature thermocouples
