Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an outpatient Physical Therapist in Shelby, NC. This therapist will see 1 patient every 45 minutes with varying patient diagnoses. This PT will evaluate patients, select and administer assessment techniques, and create a care plan with each patient. They will educate patients on their care plans and create ongoing goals. They will document evaluations, tests, progress notes, etc. as needed. They will be required to be in communication with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff about patients' evaluations, updates throughout treatment, and discharge planning. Supervisor on PTAs and Rehab Techs/Aides will be required.

Skills and Requirements

• PT License with ability to transfer licensure to North Carolina

• BLS - 1 year of physical therapy experience

• Neurology or Vestibular experience

• Can be a recent graduate

• Positive attitude null
