Philips Technical Support Manager, Sleep & Respiratory Care in Shanghai, China

You are responsible for

  • Leading technical support team to guarantee S&RC product service delivery standardly.

  • Bridging global service guidance and localization. Continuously optimizing service operation to make service as one of the business advantages.

  • Authorizing and training local service providers to deliver service as well.

  • Keeping patient safety and quality as top priorities, collecting product performance feedback and reporting to product manager in time.

  • Sparing parts / service rules and product lifecycle management.

  • Team management and budget management of technical support team.

You are a part of

Sleep and Respiratory Service Excellence team. You would report to Service Excellence Leader. Meanwhile, there are 6 technical support engineers reporting to you directly.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s degree and>5 years of medical device industry experience, at least 2 years’ team management experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of medical device service.

  • High sensitivity of patient safety and quality, customer unmet needs, customer satisfaction.

  • Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, quick learner, and resourceful self-starter.

  • Positive attitude, hard-working, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.

  • Good communication and cross-function cooperation skills.

  • Good command of English in writing and speaking.

  • Able to travel extensively within China (about 30%)
