Position Title: Sourcing Manager
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Senior Sourcing Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Act as team leader for the execution team for the respective category, Work with category manager to define and implement sourcing strategy for Kitchen, participate in negotiation, proactively identify productivity opportunities, ensure project execution, continuously drive supplier performance to meet Newell new standard.
JOB DUTIES:
Actively participate in negotiation together with category managers on supplier master agreement, pricing mechanism and other contracts and issues
Resolve ad hoc issues at suppliers, lead team to partner with category managers to resolve day to day issues, also to execute their strategic initiatives
Ensure NPD and transfer projects on cost, on time, on quality
Work with quality and supply chain, drive supplier performance improvement
Provide Industry technology/supplier base update to category leaders to support strategy formation and modification

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering
5+ years of experience in sourcing/supply chain in Multi-national company
