A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

辖区：上海，浙江，江苏，安徽，江西，湖南，湖北，福建，山东

• 建立和维护省级医保局、招标办、卫健委等部门，跟进重点行业协会，解读与预判地方招标、物价、医保、卫生等医改政策的发展方向，并结合公司业务发现机会和管控风险，加强政策影响力；

• 预判区域内招标、物价、医保、卫生改革政策，提早与BU进行政策沟通，准确解读相关政策文件，并结合公司业务需求给与应对策略的建议;

• 及时掌握区域内招标政策及信息并传递给公司相关部门，掌握各重要政府集中采购的时间节点。组织协调BU 参与区域内重要的耗材带量采购、集中采购（省级、联盟等），参与制定公司整体的投标策略并根据BU情况制定合适的投标方案，协调各相关部门达成目标;

• 与区域内相关负责人保持积极密切的沟通，提供专业政策指导、建议和支持。与BU 紧密联合，帮助各BU梳理招标、物价、医保等市场准入目标和策略，以及推进行动计划，协调并推进招标项目、物价收费项目、医保耗材库准入及支付标准制定等政策目标的达成;

• 其他由职能部门安排的相关工作;

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• 大学本科及以上学历（具备公共卫生、医疗保险、临床医学、生物医学、经济学等多维度的知识结构的候选人优先考虑）

• 8年以上医疗行业政府事务、市场准入、招标相关岗位工作经验，5+ 年管理经验

• 对中国医疗器械行业的市场现状和发展前景有基本的理解，熟悉所负责辖区的行政及事务主管部门

• 优秀的执行力，善于学习，勤奋认真，责任心强

• 团队协作，乐观积极，在团队与跨部门合作中能够传递鼓舞他人的影响力

• 出色的沟通技巧，能独立开展政策分析，优良的文字功底，具备政策分析和大客户管理经验者尤佳
