Main Tasks 主要职责

• Cooperate with Management team to implement plant financial strategies incl.Plant mid-term and long term planning; Optimize plant cost structure; set and monitor KPI targets; lead CRP activities协助管理层制订及实施工厂财务战略指标，如： 中长期财务规划, 优化成本结构, KPI 设定等。

• Lead manufacturing cost calculation, profitability analysis for internal cost control. Reviews and analyses the manufacturing cost, drive Plant PCC cost statrgy and improvement projects implementation.主导用于内控的制造成本计算和盈利能力分析。监控、分析制造成本，指导成本优化策略及推进。

• Define and implement Finance Goes Digital projects , improve Controlling automation and effeciancy指定财务数字化转型策略及项目实施， 促进财务控制自动化及高效化

• Support Plant Cash Flow Management, coordinate with Business Areas for cash-flow improvement支持工厂现金预测及管理，协调各业务单元不同部门做到优化现金管理等目标

• Review and Optimize overall plant process the compliance of internal control process, participant in external and internal auditing, enhances the efficiency of business processes.监督公司运作符合内部控制的规定，参与外部和内部审计，努力提高公司商务运作效率。

• Provide necessary support and training to other functions to reach the overall objective.对其他部门给予必要的财务支持及财务知识培训。

Education 教育程度

• Prefer but not limted on Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting, finance or international business administration

支持但不仅限于本科以上学历，会计、金融或国际商务管理专业。

Professional Experience & skills * *工作经验及技能

• Intrested or experienced on operational/cost controlling; 对工厂或成本控制有兴趣或经验；

• Intermediate Accounting Level above preferred; 中级会计以上证书优先；

• Good oral and writing English; 英语口语及书写能力良好；

• Good computer skills. 良好的计算机技能.

Targets of Position 职位目标

Assist Plant to achieve it’s overall Strategies. Generate, maintain the internal control procedure and monitor the conformity of internal control process.

协助工厂全面完成其战略目标。制订、完善公司内控程序并监控其正确执行。
