<p><strong>Position Description&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>The Sales Operations Specialist under Asia Sales &amp; Service team will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by optimizing processes, managing sales data, being fully responsible for Asia supplier’s contracts handling &amp; handling net new supplier’s onboarding journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Support end to end onboarding journey to the new customers including shipper onboarding of NA suppliers needs.</li>

<li>Develop and maintain sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.</li>

<li>Manage and maintain the CRM system(salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.</li>

<li>Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li>

<li>Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing to support sales initiatives and campaigns.</li>

<li>Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments like contract management, import customs to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner</li>

<li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and achieve goals</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Required Experience/Skills</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, international trade, Supply Chain, Logistics.</li>

<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders.</li>

<li>Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and adeptness in working with data.</li>

<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>

<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.</li>

<li>Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred or plus</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Background in supply chain-related majors or prior experience in the international logistics industry.</li>

<li>Experience in working with global teams and external partners.</li>

<li>Experience in sales operations of logistics or transportation industry</li>
