职位目标 Job Purpose :
推动并促进OpEx活动及项目落地的实施的有效性。提供OpEx培训，为各部门实现OpEx战略目标提供支持。
Drive and promote OpEx work stream activities and projects landing implementation effectiveness.
Provide OpEx training and support all departments to achieve OpEx strategic goals.
主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities :
- 推动精益六西格玛项目的实施，帮助提高现场OpEx成熟度。
Drive the implementation of the Lean sigma projects and help to improve site OpEx maturity level
- 对员工进行VSM、流程生产、SMED、看板（Kanban）系统、TPM、5S等培训，并为员工进行演示实践。
Deliver training like Value Steam Mapping, Flow Production, SMED, Kanban system, TPM, 5S, etc. and practice as a model for the employee
- 推动价值流分析和价值流设计，制定行动计划并跟进。
Drive the Value Steam Analysis and Value Stream Design in plant to make the action, workshop, project plan and follow up.
- 支持和协调各车间实施各种精益项目，包括：SMED，流动，看板（Kanban），TPM，5S等。
Support and coordinate the implementation for different kind of typical workshops, like SMED, Flow, Kanban, TPM, 5S and so on.
- 持续的对现场的精益改善项目进行跟踪检查，包括：TPM，SMED，5S等。
Continuously check on the site level existing system like TPM, SMED, 5S, etc.
任职条件 Qualifications :
- 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
本科学历及以上。
Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 任职经验Working Experience:
至少3-5年的生产管理或持续改善的工作经验，有医疗行业背景者优先。
At least 3-5 years of work experience in manufacture management or continuous improvement, background in medical is preferred.
在精益生产方面有着丰富经验，有六西格玛绿带证书者优先。
Rich experience in Lean Manufacturing, the background of green belt certification is preferred.
- 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
流利的英语沟通和书写能力。
Fluent in oral and written English.
- 能力要求Competency:
对精益有着扎实的理论基础并熟练掌握精益工具，涉及到的有：VSM、流程生产、SMED、看板（Kanban）、TPM等。
Solid knowledge of lean concept and tools, like VSM, Flow production, SMED, Kanban, TPM.
具有良好的沟通能力、影响力和解决问题的能力。
Strong communication, influence and problem-solving ability. 具有团队合作的能力以及良好的抗压能力。
Have team spirit and good performance under pressure.
具有强烈的责任心和良好的沟通协调能力。
Have strong responsibility and good ability on communication and coordination.
