Hilton Manager, MarTech Program Management (PMO) in Shanghai, China

Position Statement/Summary (if any)

This position will serve as the China MarTech Program Lead to help teams across regions and functions successfully deliver project plans under tight-knit collaborations through well crafted implementation roadmap.

What will I be doing?

As the Manager MarTech program management lead / PMO in the region , you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Local program lead for successful knowledge transfer / landing with strong communication, project management & governance and logistics support .

· Translate the CDP/MA product roadmap into comprehensive and concrete project delivery plans.

· Lead multi-functional & multi-regional teams during calls, meetings both remote and in person. Ensure agendas, project plans, action items and notes are in place and kept up to date.

· Identify dependencies and challenges that might put project plans at risk, highlight them, working with the project teams to ensure there are mitigation plans in place to address these.

· Communicate project plans and status to internal partners throughout the project lifecycle and support MarTech product teams in regular product communications.

· Navigate associated digital intake and demand governance processes across teams.

· As part of the MarTech Program , work with other Program Team Members outside the region to contribute to standard processes and templates to build a Center of Excellence for Program delivery.

·Minimum Education: Bachelor

·Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of working experiences

·Minimum Years of Management Experience:Min 3 years of project/program management

·Any Licenses or Certificates Required: PMP would be a large plus

·Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): infrequent travel might be needed occasionally to US/UK

a.Outstanding project/program management skills and experiences. Collaborates effectively and forms positive partnerships with team members in groups and levels across a matrixed organization, with a passion in communication.

b.Critical thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative and differentiated solutions, conclusions, and creative approaches

c.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner, and to engage senior audiences when presenting these issues broadly

d.Professional language skills in written and verbal English with day to day partnership with international teams. Years’ experiences in an MNC would be a plus.

e.Multi-tasker, who handles multiple projects and priorities with a cool head under time constraints to effectively balance concurrent demands

f.Committed self-starters and accountable individual, who takes initiative in implementing goals, meeting deadlines, and recommending improvements

g.Extensive experience with Vendor relationship management

h.High level of professionalism, integrity, and communication skills
