To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

仔细跟进每项任务并确保在交接班前完成。检查所有未尽事项，且负责到底。

Follows through closely all tasks that need to be attended to and ensure full completion by end of shift. Checks through for any outstanding matter and assumes full responsibility for uncompleted tasks.

与相关部门经理协作，监控部门的整体服务标准，采取必要的改进措施

Monitors rooms’ standards in general, working through the respective DepartmentHeadsto take corrective action where necessary.
