Eaton Corporation Lead FP&A in Shanghai, China

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

What you’ll do:

A. Handles business unit financial result and identify risk and opportunity

B. Business unit budgeting/ forecast modelling and analysis

C. Prepare relevant business management reports and monitor all related spending

D. Participate in business strategy discussion and provide comments with solid financial rationale behind

E. Lead and propose various initiatives to reduce complexity, standardize and improve efficiency of financial processes.

F. Engage Finance transformation execution with digital mindset, coordinate function teams to standardize process accordingly.

G. Ad-hoc business / financial analysis and simulation by activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, and over 3 years of working experience in Business/Financial Analysis

  • Proactive working attitude with attention to details and numbers; logically thinking and financial analysis capabilities

  • Business acumen, with strong interpersonal skill to communicate and influence counter parties to align with BU strategy/execution plan

  • Team player, and able to work independently under pressure and be willing to take challenges

  • Digital mindset and learning agility with “can-do” attitude
