Job Description

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

• E-Handbook register, including raw material, finish goods, and breakdown BOM by order & BOM register in customs system

• Make daily export shipping documents and inspection declaration work

• Provide declaration related documents of processing or special trade to finance for payment

• Monthly waster liquid calculation bonded material

• E-Handbook reconciliation and bonded material balance analysis

• Monthly duty saving data collection

• Familiar with AEO requirement and Customs laws and regulations, processing trade management procedures, efficient and accurate completion of processing trade handbook related business

• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery

• Customs system export declaration data & file maintenance

Requirements:

• Familiar with Enterprise ERP including SAP or Oracle, Customs single window

• Good skill on computer especially for Excel

• Majored in supply chain or Customs affairs management

• Familiar with Customs related policies, strong awareness of Customs risk control

• At least 3 years’ experience in bonded management of hundreds of products with different BOM structures, preferable in harness products

• Medical industry experience preferred
