Eaton Corporation AEM Functional Lead Analyst in Shanghai, China

What you’ll do:

As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Analyst, this position will be focusing on the AEM platform for enhancements, problem solving and support. This position will be working directly with both IT and business partners to create and prioritize a product backlog both website and platform, working directly with several scrum teams for user stories and validation, and defining and tracking success metrics. The Lead Analyst will also participate in project planning activities for larger initiatives, such as microsite creations and migration projects. The Lead Analyst will also support other teams using AEM for system requirements, functional design and validation.

"1. Responsible for in-depth functional and business process knowledge of how AEM is currently used and future capabilities.

  1. Work in partnership with global business team and other product teams to define enhancements, prioritize production issues and analyze platform performance for improvements.

  2. Work closely with System Reliability Engineer (SRE) to improve platform performance, define operational requirements and platform goals.

  3. Work closely with other IT teams to prioritize and remediate security vulnerabilities.

  4. Provide leadership and system support for website operations (URL redirects, domain acquisitions, firewall security, CDN, etc).

  5. Lead initiatives for continue improvements and root cause analysis; maintain communication and tracking for all high and critical production issues.

  6. Gain a deep understanding of what the business outcome is that is looking to be accomplished. Ability to clearly articulate this vision to the IT team and gain buy in.

  7. Support estimation of epics, features, technical enablers, and user stories

  8. Verify and validate user stories, support product owner in backlog creation and grooming.

  9. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team ensuring user story completeness.

  10. Deliver functional specifications and configuration in line with the agreed and approved design."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, IT or similar field.

7+ years of relevant experience

5+ years of experience with digital experience management platforms and content management systems; specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Skills:

Proficient with AEM 6.5.

Strong knowledge of AEM templates, components, workflows and user groups. Experience with AEM Cloud is a plus.

Strong working experience in website design, architecture and operations.

Demonstrated experience with overall delivery and deployment processes.

Hands on working experience in an Agile environment; direct experience working in Scrum framework. Experience with Agile software (JIRA, Azure VSTS, etc). Hands on experience in writing user stories. "
