Description:

You are responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Assists Human Resources Manager and HR colleagues in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Holds vital role in supporting colleagues, candidates, Hiring Manager, Human Resources Business Partners, and other stakeholders through the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring an excellent customer experience for managers and candidates.

Interaction with associates and candidates at all levels in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, flexibility, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Coordinate interview schedules for potential candidates and provide candidate guidance

  • Assist in onboarding sessions for new hires

  • Conduct onboarding/off boarding processes

  • Attendance management and annual leave administration

  • Manage and process expenses for HR department

  • Support in administrative tasks

  • Other relevant HR/Operating matters

  • 인터뷰 일정 조율 및 후보자와의 커뮤니케이션

  • 입/퇴사자 관련 데이터 및 보고서 작성

Qualifications:

  • Must have Korean Nationality or eligible visa to work in Korea.

  • Must be fluent in both Korean

  • Good English skills is preferred

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Work experience in hotel operations or HR is preferred

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
