Description Supervisor Supply Chain - Swedish Cherry Hill (Full time / Variable shift / 1 FTE) Accountable for the implementation of the One SCM Operations and Logistics strategy under the direction of the Manager, Supply Chain Operations across multiple campuses. Supervises supply chain operations and logistics functions to include receiving, distribution, picking, put-away, par management, point of use, inventory control and maintenance of all inventory and receiving related Materials Management systems and analytic information. Maintain the supply charge function and coordinates patient charges. Gives input on employee performance reviews and participates in budget development under the direction of the Manager. Responsible for working with key stakeholders as well as supply chain peers to include participating in and partnering with others on operational improvement efforts and programs ensuring a compliant, effective, and streamlined operational OSCM experience for all customers at each facility. Under the direction of the Manager, administers daily Supply Chain. Manages perpetual, periodic and par inventories and supplies received, stored, and issued each campus of responsibility. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics/Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 4 years Supply Chain Management or Finance, including at least 1 year in a supervisor capacity Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics/Supply Chain Management 1 year healthcare business operations and/or financial management in a healthcare setting, standardizing disparate processes, process improvement methodology and/or product management, change management and operational improvement Why Join Providence?
