Build, manage, and set direction, schedules, prioritizations for teams and partners as a whole as well as for individual team member success.

Identify and solve systemic, organizational-wide problems, influence, and build strong relationships. Partner with Product Engineering & Platforms and Cross-Digital Functions to define needs to support strategic planning and execution as well as metrics, program requirements, and scope. Maintain roadmaps, backlogs, pipelines & forecasts.

As a cross-functional partner, lead technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews and be responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision making, and business impact.

Articulate to stakeholders your team’s scheduling, priorities, requirements, goals, and milestones. Integrate your project delivery & technical knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and understanding of frameworks, platforms, groups, trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis & outcomes.

Envision, forecast, develop and manage end-to-end project & agile delivery plans and ensure on-time delivery & execution, as well as operational effectiveness.

Provide hands-on agile, project program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases; while recognizing the full lifecycle of concept to execution, delivery to operations & sustainment.

Perform risk and change management on projects.

Influence program/product direction and simplify complexity.

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

12+ years of software industry experience, including platform & systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience. Web, digital, large scale applications and/or APIs engineering & operations are a must.

7+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery, to operations, sustainment, DevOps.

Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

Experience establishing and leading teams through multi-disciplinary relationships, including product management and engineering to drive product impact.

Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our team

Acting as a Scrum Master for the team

Play a role in performance management, giving personal feedback to team members

Develop and manage project time lines and resources utilizing Agile methodologies for various size projects

Oversee the deliverables of cross functional teams, vendors and business resources

Define requirements, estimate resources, schedule deliverables, budget and manage costs, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, assess and reduce risks, and adhere to standard methodology and quality processes

Develop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources

Fosters open communication across teams cross-functionally within the organization to identify cross-team development dependencies and expose risks early and often
